The room had a safe for valuables that was easy to use. The hotel offers luggage storage and that service was secure. A bus stop for sightseeing tours is located directly across from the hotel.

The bathroom lacked USB ports for charging devices and I had to buy one.

The hotel's location near the metro line allowed easy access to various city attractions. I found many dining options close by. The room was clean and a good size.

the location was excellent. it was very close to public transport (, made getting around easy). the room was clean and well-kept. i thought the staff showed great understanding and full professionalism in a difficult situation (i was really impressed).

the lack of a refrigerator in the room was noticeable. it would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks. the room wasn't really a triple room (it was more like a double room with an extra bed). the shower room didn't close properly (this meant the bathroom was filled with water after each shower).
